1. Service Provided
SportPesaPredictions provides football match analysis, betting tips & predictions, One-Match Bet Builder insights, and VIP odds delivered via WhatsApp/SMS.
We do NOT operate gambling, accept bets, or guarantee winnings.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ years old to use our site or subscribe to VIP services.
3. No Guarantees or Liability
Our predictions are based on research and statistics, but they are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for betting losses, financial decisions made based on our predictions, errors or delays in information, or third-party betting platform issues. You bet at your own risk.
4. VIP Payments & Access
Payments are non-refundable once VIP tips have been delivered. Access lasts for the plan purchased (24 hrs, weekly, or monthly). Sharing VIP predictions publicly or privately is strictly prohibited and may lead to account termination.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree NOT to copy or redistribute VIP predictions, use the website for unlawful activities, misuse our content or brand, or pretend to be an agent or representative of our platform.
